Murray McLaughlan
An owner of Columbia Business Systems since 1999 when he acquired the company with Mark Reid, Murray acts as the General Manager and ensures the smooth daily operations of all our departments.
Prior to managing our operations, Murray spent 10 years in the lease finance industry specializing in office equipment leasing.
In his spare time, one will find Murray fishing on the tranquil waters of his favorite lakes or striking a funky chord as the guitarist in a local blues band.

Daniel Perko
Joining the management and ownership group in 2005, Dan’s career in the office equipment industry has spanned over 15 years.
Born and raised in Vancouver, Dan earned his business degree from Simon Fraser University and continues supplementing his experience with on-going courses and an addiction to reading printed materials of all varieties.
Aside from managing one of our sales teams and working with key accounts, Dan enjoys testing his limited skills on Vancouver’s golf courses and playing ice hockey in the winter months.
