Like for Like Replacement Warranty
For all equipment covered under our Service and Maintenance Package, Columbia Business Systems will replace the model with an identical model (or better in cases where the model is no longer available) should it not perform to manufacturer’s specifications related to performance and / or reliability.
The Replacement Warranty is guaranteed to the full length of your lease term (up to 66-months on new equipment and up to 48-months on remanufactured equipment).
